This website does not include any forms, sign-up flows, or account systems, and does not collect, store, or process any personal data from visitors browsing pinesys.xyz.
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and
fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font sends your browser's IP address and
user-agent to Google as part of that request, under Google's own privacy practices.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts are loaded on this site.
This policy covers the website only. It does not describe what data the Pine Systems Discord bot itself collects or stores once added to a Discord server (for example shift logs, ticket transcripts, or staff activity) — that depends on the bot's own configuration and has not yet been documented here.
Accessibility Statement
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Concretely, that means:
- A "Skip to content" link is available at the top of every page for keyboard users.
- All images carry descriptive alt text; purely decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Interactive elements have a visible focus outline for keyboard navigation.
- Text color combinations are checked against a 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio.

Security
Within the Pine Systems product, shift logs and moderation logs are restricted by role-based permissions, so only authorized staff roles can view them. This website itself is a static marketing site with no login, database, or user data to secure.
