Why is there nothing to buy here, and no free tier?
We're not a storefront. Pine Systems takes on a small number of projects at a time, so everything starts as an application we review personally — not an instant checkout. A free tier pulled focus from the thing we actually do best: a few private designers giving real attention to a few projects.
Who actually works on my project?
A small, private team — not a rotating pool of freelancers. You'll know who's building your project by name, and you'll talk to them directly.
What if my application isn't accepted?
We'll let you know either way. Capacity is limited, so not every application moves forward — it isn't a reflection of your project.
How do I pay?
Once your application is accepted, we'll confirm what you need and send payment details in Discord. No payment info is ever collected on this site.
Can I contact you without Discord?
You can send a message from the contact page after logging in with Discord. It opens a private ticket for you, and you can follow it from your account page.
